It’s officially February, which can mean only one thing… Valentine’s Day is right round the corner! Don’t panic though, you’ve still got time to make this year’s day of love a success, and Co-op Food have you covered.
This year’s campaign in Food is all about telling a love story. This won’t be any old love story though, we want to tell the stories behind the care and attention we put in to our food and the wonderful people that make it all possible.
We’ll also be telling the love stories of our colleagues and customers where food was, or still is, the catalyst for the relationship.
This is because our Valentine’s Day campaign is all about encouraging people to think about the relationship between love and food, inspiring them to ‘start their own love story’ – by visiting coop.co.uk/valentines – and sharing their story with us. Be sure to share your own love stories with us, we’d love to hear them!
I’ll have what she’s having…
Wondering what’s on the menu for this year? Our Valentine’s product range features some truly delectable items.
As Valentine’s Day falls on a Tuesday this year, we’ll be focusing on evening products that are perfect for a romantic meal in – including Irresistible Raspberry & Champagne Tortes and our Co-op Chablis.
We’ll be sharing more information about our full product range soon.
Looking to find ‘the one’?
Valentine’s Day is all about spending time with your perfect match. To help you do this, we’ve created an interactive ‘app’ for all of our colleagues that will sit here, on our colleague stories website. Intrigued? Be sure to look out for this on Tuesday 7 February…
Say it with a song
Making its much awaited return is your chance to request a love song to be played on our in-store radio station. Have you got a heartfelt tune and accompanying message that you’d like to dedicate to a loved one? Simply comment with the song you’d like to hear (including the artist’s name) and who the song is for (along with why you chose that song) and we may play it in store! You have until Friday 10 February to get your requests in to us.
Remember to keep an eye out on our social media pages too, to keep up to date with our campaign:
