We’re recruiting a new team of colleague Diversity and Inclusion Pioneers to help us shape and deliver plans – both in their own business or function and working together across the Co-op.
We’re looking for around 70 colleagues from all across our business to lead and inspire others to put our Co-op values into practice.
You’ll be committed, focused and passionate about making the Co-op an inclusive environment for everyone. The role is voluntary, in addition to your day-to-day role, and will need around 10 hours commitment per month.
