Our own-brand products are coming out on top in many taste tests in magazines, newspapers and on TV. Here are some favourites featured in January.

Don’t forget that by buying own-brand products you earn 5% for you and 1% goes to a good cause of your choice.

Some of our everyday products were also cheaper than Tesco Express and Sainsbury’s local according to research done by The Grocer.

And it’s double discount on 16 and 17 February!

Even better, it’ll be ready in the microwave in 3.5 minutes. See, vegan ready meals aren’t so hard to find after all.”

rresistible Chai Fairtrade Tea bags

Co-op Irresistible Chai Fairtrade Tea Bags
£1.69 125g

“I like the warming flavour of chai in recipes as well as in a drink. Try making a strong cup using a tea bag, and then mixing it with icing sugar to decorate cakes or biscuits.”

The Observer magazine

Co-op Irresistible Châteauneuf du Pape small 2015

Co-op Irresistible Chateauneuf du-Pape (France 2015)

“My current favourite own-label red wine, one that is admittedly priced at a level where most people would be hoping for something with more of an illustrious name than a supermarket’s to the fore, is the Co-op’s fabulously suave, spicy, textured Chateauneuf red, which is, in fact, made by the Perrin family behind the illustrious Chateau de Beaucastel.”
