We’ve started sending out email invitations to LifeWorks, the new wellbeing app for Co-op colleagues.

LifeWorks gives you easy access to a whole range of wellbeing support, inside and outside of work – including health, family matters, work issues and money worries.  There’s also one-click access to the Co-op Employee Assistance Programme where you can speak to experienced advisers in confidence 24/7.

LifeWorks also includes some great shopping perks – with big discounts and cashback deals with hundreds of high street and online retailers.

Look out for your invitation email

If you registered an email address on MyHR – the system that lets you view your payslip online, you’ll get an email invitation from Lifeworks this month (when you shared your email address, we said we may use it to tell you about colleague benefits).

The invitation email will be from notifications@lifeworks.com so don’t forget to check if it’s gone into your junk folder. Then just follow the link in the email to access Lifeworks and download the app. And if your phone doesn’t support the app (Windows phones etc), you can still view the Lifeworks website on any up to date browser.

If you’re having problems accessing Lifeworks

If you can’t find your invitation email or you’re struggling to access Lifeworks, please don’t contact the Co-op IT or HR helpdesks.  Instead go to coop.co.uk/lifeworks and follow the instructions.

We hope you find Lifeworks useful.  And watch out for exciting new additions in the coming months.

  1. Is this going to replace Co-op Perks at Work with WowWeeks and points (emails received weekly)?

The ‘exclusive offers’ appear to be similar on LifeWorks but no Wow points?

As Harry Hill would say: “Perks at Work or LifeWorks – which one’s best? … FIGHT!”

  2. Got the link and logged in. Some worthwhile discounts 20% off EE anybody ?

Not so impressed by the site which restricts you to choosing 3 out of 5 top level wellness categories and then next again only 3 out of 16 “relavant topics” .

That looks like a bug to me (not to mention the spelling mistake).

Anyway the upshot of it all is I got one article in my news feed without any obvious way to get more or change the options I’d selected.

  3. App only available on Android/IOS, what about Windows phones?
    most work phones are Windows.
