We’ve seen loads of variations of our store uniforms over the years, and to make sure our colleagues can order a fresh set of threads when they need it, we try to keep a good amount of stock on standby.

But when we switched to our swanky grey and blue get-up a couple of years ago, we were left with over 2000 shirts, trousers, skirts and polos that we couldn’t use anymore.

So in the spirit of having a good old Spring clean, we’ve given everything a bit of TLC (and by that we mean we’ve unpicked any old branding) so it can all do some good elsewhere.

We’ve teamed up with the Salvation Army to get our unused uniforms in their charity shops up and down the country. So the next time you pop in for a bargain, that’s why their mannequins might seem a bit familiar!
