The December edition of Let’s Talk About Food is out now, but there’s no rest for the wicked. Because of the time it takes to write, design and print each issue, we’re already working on the next one, which isn’t due out until February!

December’s edition is crammed full of stories from colleagues right across Co-op, and we want more of the same next year. We’re working on a feature about easy midweek curries, and we’d love to share your recipes.

Whether you whip one up using leftover broccoli or marinated chicken, one thing is for certain – everyone’s got an opinion about curry.

As long as it’s delicious and easy to make, we want to hear about it. Send your full name, job title, a clear picture of you (and your curry), along with the ingredients and method for your recipe to by Monday 10 December, for a chance to be featured in the next edition.
