I was chuffed to bits to be on the MyWork trial, and so were my store colleagues.
The app has helped me prioritise my time better. I can now spot trends to see who might need my support when planning store visits.
I didn’t want it to feel like I was checking up on anyone, I just wanted to be there for those who might need my support.
Colleagues have been coming up to me loads when I’ve been out and about. They’ve wanted to show me what they’ve been up to in the app and have been really excited about using it. A lot of them have asked why we haven’t rolled it out sooner!
It’s also provided a real morale boost. Teams have taken ownership of using the app and completing activity. They feel really empowered now they can see how they’re playing their part.
It means the ball doesn’t stop rolling when the store manager is on holiday or away at a meeting. There’s comfort that the store team will do what needs to be done, and that they’re fully supported in the app if they need extra guidance.
I’m really excited to see where we go with the app, and my colleagues are looking forward to what’s next.
