By Catherine Storey, Lead Social Media Manager

Our colleagues are one of our greatest assets when it comes to sharing content on social media about our products, services and how being a Co-op means we do things differently to everyone else.

From recommending a new product, to highlighting one of our great offers, and giving a little snippet of information on our difference. When you tweet, or post an image on Instagram or Facebook about our Co-op it can make a really positive impact on our brand and our members and customers really take on board what you say.

So if you’re using social media to highlight the great things we do, don’t stop! And if you don’t already, but want to, we’ve created Social Hub to make things easier for all our colleagues using social – please just follow our social media policy.

When you log onto Social Hub, you’ll find exclusive social media content, from current campaigns and competitions to the latest news articles and colleague stories.

Chances are that if you want to find an image of one of our food offers, or you want a short video on one of our campaigns such as Safer Colleagues, Safer Communities or Endangered Spaces, or you want to share content about the latest Local Community Fund news (we’ve just revealed that £17m will be going to causes soon) – you’ll find it here.

An added incentive is that the more you share content from the Social Hub to your own social media profiles, you’ll earn points and points really do mean prizes. Top earners will win prizes such as vouchers and even a takeover Co-op Radio every month.

You can login to Social Hub here.
