Over the last 12 months so much has changed, but my aim to make the Co-op the best place to work remains. I need your help to make that happen. I’m pleased to let you know our annual Talkback survey launched this morning.
You’re continuing to do an amazing job in very challenging circumstances. I know this has turned from a sprint into a marathon. I want to hear from you about how you’re feeling and about your experiences working for our Co-op over the last year.
This Talkback survey is different to the coronavirus check-in surveys we’ve asked you to complete recently. It’s more in-depth and asks questions around your leaders, your wellbeing, your working environment, your thoughts on our strategy and community activity and more generally about how you find working for our Co-op.
We want to make this the best place to work and we can only focus our plans in the right areas if we understand what we are doing well and what we can do better. Your insights are key to us getting this right, so please take part and have your say before Talkback closes at midnight on Tuesday 29 September.
You don’t need an invitation to take part – anyone can do it at any time from any device. Just go to www.coop.co.uk/talkback and type in your employee number. The survey is completely confidential and is run by an independent supplier, meaning we will never see any individual responses.
We’ll ensure your leaders take appropriate action in response to your feedback and involve you in this action planning.
Insurance colleagues, with the exception of CISL, aren’t being asked to complete Talkback this time, as the sale to Markerstudy is in the formal change of control stage of the process and awaiting PRA approval.
