Long day at work? Not in the mood to cook? Don’t fancy forking out for a takeaway? Well don’t worry, we’ve got you covered with our new Fakeaway Boxes which dish up a selection of tasty alternatives fit for every mood.

There’s five of the nation’s favourite cuisines to choose from and each meal takes a speedy 35 mins or less to cook. What’s more, every box is just £8 and packs enough food to feed 2 hungry customers. Perfect for a cheap treat night in.

If spice is your thing, the Fiery Fiesta Tex Menu packs a punch with spicy beef burritos and wedges, while the Peri Peri box features zingy butterflied chicken breast, boneless chicken thighs and spicy fries.

If you’re a southern fried fiend, the Southern Fried Chicken Box provides a hefty selection of mini chicken fillets and fries. And for all you curry lovers, the Indian Box features a creamy chicken korma and a chicken tikka with pilau rice.

Finally, there’s the Thai for two. Infused with deliciously fragrant spices, the meal comes served with a Thai red curry, a Thai green chicken curry – and like every other Fakeaway Box – the Thai for two is made from 100% British meat and comes dished with a spread of sides that complement the meal perfectly.

Launching today, our Fakeaway Boxes are available in 837 stores throughout the UK. However, if you’d rather stay in the comfort of your own home, you can also order your Fakeaway from one of 98 Deliveroo stores.

If reading this has made you a bit peckish, why not let us know what your go-to takeaway is on Yammer or in the comments below.

  1. BETTER THAN THE PROPER TAKEAWAY was the comment made by my daughter and husband. I took them one to try and they both thought it was really tasty (The Indian meal for 2).

  2. Hi Clare and Pauline,

    Thanks for your message.

Whilst there isn’t a vegetarian option at this moment in time, it is absolutely something we are exploring for future launches.

    Keep your eyes peeled.
