I hope you’ve already seen your invitation to join us at Music Feeds next week. The virtual festival takes place on the evenings of the 28 and 29 Jan features some of the biggest names in music who are helping us raise money in our fight against food poverty in the UK.

There’s been over 40 international acts announced so far – Sam Smith, Newton Faulkner and Blossoms are just some of the names already on the bill. And today we’re very pleased to share that another artist has joined the party!

He’s a proud parka-wearing Mancunian and the former lead singer of gargantuan Britpop band Oasis. That’s right, Music Feeds we’ll be featuring the sounds of the one and only Liam Gallagher!

Competition time

The news doesn’t stop there…we also have a one-off chance to win an exclusive Music Feeds prize. You can be in with a chance of winning a virtual meet and greet Tim Booth, Jim Glennie, Saul Davies and Andy Diagram from James!

The band had some awesome 90s hits such as ‘Sit Down’, ‘Come Home’ and ‘She’s a Star’.

To be in with a chance of winning, just comment on the Co-op’s official Twitter and Facebook posts before 6pm on Friday 29 January with the name of the artist you are looking forward to seeing at Music Feeds*.

Don’t miss out

Tickets are on sale now via the Dice website or the app (available on iPhone and Android). Tickets are £15 each and gives you access to both days. There’s also an option to donate more when you buy a ticket. All net proceeds from the ticket sales will be split amongst three charities: FareShare, helping fight food poverty, Help Musicians supporting music industry causes, and Stagehand, supporting musicians and live production workers.

I really hope to see as many of you joining us next week. We also have some great content on Social Hub that you can share with your family, friends and social networks to encourage even more people to sign up. The more people who join, the more people we can help support.
