Yesterday we held a prize giving event to celebrate the work our Food Retail Apprentices have done to drive sales on a selection of Co-op products this summer. Joint winner, James Leggett, tells us all about it.
It’s once again packed with great stories and has a real focus on what we’ve been doing to introduce our award-winning own brand products to more communities.
Last month, we celebrated the graduation of 24 apprentices – the first in the country to achieve Level 2 and Level 3 Retail Apprenticeships since Retail Standards were introduced in 2017. This month sees the start of our biggest intake of Food Store apprentices yet – a great opportunity for our colleagues and communities.
