Jim Cooke, Head of the Co-op Foundation, announces that more than £1.6m has been awarded to projects tackling youth loneliness in England plus £440,000 to support work in Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland.
The annual event is run by the Co-op Property team to raise money for good causes chosen by Property colleagues. This year, it was hosted by football legend John Barnes, who auctioned off some priceless memorabilia.
